ThreeA X'mas Tomorrow Queen Tracey

Tracey was released in late 2010 in celebration of Christmas, and, at that time, I wasn't really into 3A that much and probably didn't even try to get her on Bambaland. Afterwards, the secondary market price to get her spiked quite alot owing to her rarity, and people were probably trying to get her for the bot head that she comes with too. However, the price on her seemed to have cooled off lately and I managed to score one at a decent price recently.

If I can only name one thing that I like about Tracey, it must be the fact that she sports the OG female body... and is probably one of the last female figs to do so. It really is a pity because, while the heels require great care when moved as they are fragile and susceptible to breakages, the body proportions are rounder and more natural looking than the newer 3A female figs which are alot taller and slimmer. You will notice that her body is painted to a matt finish, which, again, is much better looking than the recent 3A female figs which are not finished at all and gives a gloss off the unpainted skin toned plastic.

In contrast to the matt finish of the body is the high gloss dress in bright red, complete with white racing strips on her sides. Her heels are, of course, red in colour too. Overall, the figure looks great, though I fail to see how she is related to Christmas.

Tracey comes packed with all the articulation offered by the OG 3A female body. The heels are new and do not really hinder her posing, much like her dress. She comes with two short swords without sheaths. Forgot to take a photo of the Soot Diver head during this shoot, but you can see it here, loosely placed on top of a human body.

Her head is probably all too familiar amongst 3A collectors, as it belonged to one of the Yesterday Princesses, Reimi Kawaii and Yumiko. I'm not sick of this headsculpt yet, well, not as much as how Odayaka's has been used and reused. The headsculpt I'm hoping to see more is actually Yubi's, but I don't really see it happening as 3A seems to have moved on.
